PHILADELPHIA, PA – JULY 24, 2025 – Goldstreet Partners, a full-service real estate firm focused on lifestyle-driven concepts, announces the upcoming Philadelphia debut of Kitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley, a high-energy restaurant brand renowned for its upscale take on Southern cuisine and immersive design. Goldstreet represented the tenant in securing the prominent corner space at 225 S. Broad Street, formerly Del Frisco’s Grille, in the heart of Center City’s Avenue of the Arts.
The 8,100-square-foot venue marks the brand’s fourth location nationally and its first in the Mid-Atlantic region. Known for fusing elevated comfort food with cultural expression and vibrant cocktails, Kitchen + Kocktails has become a standout in markets like Dallas and Chicago. The Philadelphia outpost is expected to open in Fall 2025.

“Kevin Kelley is building more than a restaurant—he’s creating a movement around cultural hospitality. This placement at Broad and Walnut aligns perfectly with our mission to curate space for lifestyle brands that enrich city life.”
— said David Goldberg, CEO of Goldstreet Partners.
Founded by attorney and entrepreneur Kevin Kelley, Kitchen + Kocktails offers an intentionally designed, luxury-inspired dining experience that celebrates Black excellence and culinary heritage. The new location will feature signature chandeliers, plush finishes, three full-service bars, and a lively yet refined environment that appeals to both locals and destination diners.
“We couldn’t be prouder to have supported Kevin and the Kitchen + Kocktails team since their very first location. Sustaining growth into a sixth major market in cities like Philadelphia shows Kevin’s vision — and GoldStreet’s commitment — to building a thriving national brand rooted in community and quality.”
— added David Goldberg, CEO of Goldstreet Partners.
The expansion arrives as Philadelphia’s restaurant scene sees a renewed push toward experiential dining. The project also helps anchor a key stretch of Broad Street, contributing to the revitalization of the city’s core arts and entertainment corridor.
“Philadelphia deserves this energy—refined, celebratory, and unapologetically cultural. We’re proud to bring something beautiful and bold to the Avenue of the Arts.”
— said Kevin Kelley, Founder and Owner of Kitchen + Kocktails.
Kelley’s expansion reflects a broader trend toward highly curated dining environments that merge food, design, and community-building—an area where Goldstreet continues to lead in both placement and partnership.
