CHICAGO, IL – DECEMBER 12, 2024 – Goldstreet Partners continues its momentum, securing another iconic location with the arrival of Ambar, Chicago’s first Balkan cuisine concept. Created by the celebrated Street Guys Hospitality, Ambar will open in Spring 2025 at 700 N. Clark Street, previously home to Etta River North.
Spanning 5,300 square feet, the vibrant restaurant will blend traditional Balkan flavors with modern innovation, offering an all-you-can-eat “Dining Without Limits” menu. Recognized by Michelin for its signature take on communal dining, Ambar invites Chicagoans and visitors to savor over 30 regional dishes for a set price—an exceptional value for River North’s bustling dining scene.
